VISIT US AT THE MIND BODY SPIRIT FESTIVAL 13-17 MAY 2010

Charlotte Paul winning the Western Australian Ironman 2007

Kristian Manietta is a former professional snowboarder who now runs a professional coaching business called TriSpecific.com. Both Charlotte and Kristian will be monitoring their body condition over the course of their training.
